How do you get more people to look at your opportunity?
Watch the video below to discover the 4 ground rules for mastering the recruiting process I personally used to sponsor 270 frontline reps, and build a team of over 8300 distributors on social media, without a website or any tech experience!
Now, read on to learn why you absolutely MUST change your mindset from “amateur” to that of a professional to attract prospects who are eager to take a look at your opportunity.
How can you develop a professional mindset?
The key is to educate and inspire your potential prospects.
The professional mindset focuses on providing value, which builds trust and rapport and establishes a solid relationship.
Importantly, unlike amateurs, you never blatently pitch your opportunity and you quickly learn not to take rejection personally.
To assist with your professionalization…
Here are my 4 ground rules for mastering the recruiting process…
Always, always, always be yourself.
This is huge.
But the trick is to be your BEST self (…if you know what I mean).
You’ve got to exhibit an uplifting, positive attitude, which others can admire and aspire to.
Essentially, you’ve got to have an attractive personality to attract people to you.
Makes sense, right?
You’ve got to hone in on your passion.
- Why are you in this business?
- Why are you passionate about your products and services?
Seriously, do it!
And once you’re crystal clear on those answers…
Share your passion with others!
You also want to express enthusiasm while you speak.
No monotone voices here.
You’ve got to capture your audience and make an impression!
This is really important for cultivating your professional deameanor…
Detach yourself from the outcome.
Do not, under any circumstances, get caught up in whether you get a “yes” or a “no.”
Being “needy” sets you up for failure.
You are there to do one thing and one thing only…
Provide your prospects with a solution to their problem.
And the best way to do that is to share actual success stories, rather than the nuts-n’-bolts features of your product or services.
To learn more about identifying and solving your prospects’ problems…
Finally, posture is absolutely critical.
You’ve got to be in charge, asking the questions and directing the flow of the conversation.
This is how you carry yourself and how you control the encounter, so you’re alwaystaking the lead.
This ultimately will come with belief in yourself, your products/services, company, etc.
Stop saying you’re “sorry!”
I can’t tell you how often I hear others say this…
- “I’m sorry to bother you…”
- “I’m sorry if this is a dumb question…”
- “I’m sorry, but…”
Saying sorry is a sign of weakness.
And as a professional business owner, you are NOT weak!
You must be strong.
So don’t apologize.
And don’t project insecurities.
Hold your head up and smile.
Be the person that others want to do business with.
If the outcome does not turn out in your favor, then shake it off and learn from it.
I always ask myself…
- “What can I do to get better?” or
- “What lesson can I learn from this situation?”
You must take charge of building and developing the skills that create your future.
Are you reading great material, listening to audios, running your butt to company events?
Have you taken the time to invest in yourself?
Because if you want to grow your business, you MUST grow yourself first.
Now, let’s discuss…
How to use social media to prospect, recruit, and build your business
The “secret” of how I personally sponsored 270+ reps and grew a team of 8,300 distributors from the comfort of my home, in 3 years, is this…
You need to connect with at least two to three new people a day.
Pretty simple, right?
Fortunately, it’s easier than ever to find an endless supply of new people to introduce to your business without pestering anyone or doing ANY kind of cold prospecting whatsoever!
And, by far, the easiest way to do that is through leveraging social media.
This is exactly how I hit six-figures in my 13th month in business, and achieved MULTI-six figures just a few months later.
All while raising my two high-energy boys.
The best part?
You don’t even need a website or even have an advertising budget.
I certainly didn’t when I first got started.
Plus, these strategies create such EXPLOSIVE DUPLICATION, that for every person I personally sponsored, my team would grow by an average of 30 people in depth each time.
If you want to know how to find oodles of quality people and create a massive surge in your business by leveraging the power of social media…
Cheers to your success!
